Important Information Regarding Some Newer Model Vehicles and Recalibration After a Windshield Replacement.

Some newer model vehicles may require recalibration of certain accessories after a windshield replacement. These include Lane Departure Warning Systems (LDWS) or Lane Keep Assist, Forward Collision Alert/Warning (FCW), Front mounted cameras, Eyesight (Subaru) and others.

Options for having your vehicle recalibrated for In-shop service:

  1. A+ Glass Company will schedule your vehicle to be recalibrated while your vehicle is in our shop to have the windshield replaced. It will be completed when you pick up your vehicle. Your Vehicle must be dropped off at our location and picked up later for all recalibrations because of unknown wait times. The customer pays A+ Glass Company for the recalibration if not an insurance claim.
  2. The customer can schedule with Salus Vehicle Solutions directly by visiting https://salusvehiclesolutions.com/huntsville---scheduleappointment.html. They offer Pickup and delivery service or you may take your vehicle to their location. The customer will pay Salus directly.


Options for having your vehicle recalibrated for Mobile Service:

  1. A+ Glass Company will schedule your vehicle with Salus Vehicle Solutions, and they will come pick up your vehicle and recalibrate it in their shop and then return your vehicle to you. Certain vehicles must be recalibrated in their shop (Static recalibrations) while others may be able to be recalibrated at your location (Dynamic Recalibrations).
  2. The customer can schedule with Salus Vehicle Solutions directly by visiting https://salusvehiclesolutions.com/huntsville---schedule-appointment.html. They offer Pickup and delivery service, or you may take your vehicle to their location. The customer will pay Salus directly if not an insurance claim


If it is determined after the installation that your vehicle needs to be recalibrated, A+ Glass Company, LLC cannot be held responsible and it is the responsibility of the customer to have an authorized dealer perform the recalibration at the customer’s expense. 

Some Dealerships will not re-calibrate an aftermarket windshield and require an OEM glass to be installed. If this is the case and an aftermarket windshield was installed, A+ Glass Company, LLC cannot be held responsible for the additional cost to reinstall an OEM Windshield.
