How do I know if I need my windshield repaired or replaced?
If you have a "star" or "bullseye" crack larger than a quarter or a crack longer than a credit card (3") in your windshield it's time to get it replaced. Failure to do so in a timely manner could result in a citation from law enforcement, or worse, the crack could spread and further impair your ability to drive properly and safely.

If you have a chip or damage caused by a rock or other environmental factors, you should call us for a consultation. We will be able to tell you what your best course of action would be. We use industry-leading resins to quickly repair the damage and restore your windshield to almost new.
How much will this cost me?
In the state of Alabama, insurance holders with comprehensive (full) coverage may be eligible to have their glass replaced at no cost depending on the individual policy. We are authorized to handle all insurance claims.

If you do not have comprehensive coverage, A+ Glass Company offers competitive pricing for all makes and models.

How do I submit a claim to my insurance company?
Submitting a claim is easy – we do it for you! Dealing with insurance companies can be intimidating or frustrating and we know your time is valuable.
  • When calling please have the following information ready:
  • Name, address, and phone number where you can be reached
  • Insurance company and agent name
  • Insurance policy number
  • Date of Loss (DOL)
  • Year, make, and model of vehicle (2 door, 4 door, etc.)
  • Which piece(s) of glass is damaged

What areas does A+ Glass Company service?
We proudly serve the in Alabama: Limestone, Madison, Marshalls, and Morgan counties & Tennessee: Giles, Lawrence, Maury, Marshall and Lincoln. If you are not sure if your area is covered, give us a call and we would be happy verify that your location is within our service areas.
Does A+ Glass Company, LLC have access to Redstone Arsenal?
Yes. We have access and can perform mobile installations on the Arsenal.
What happens after the job is completed?
If you had your windshield replaced, please refrain from driving the vehicle for one hour until the adhesive cures. We also recommend not using a power car wash for at least 24-48 hours.

If you had a side glass replaced, we ask follow the instructions that were given to you by the technician. In most cases, this glass is already cured and can be used immediately.

My side window will not roll up or down.
This is most likely caused by a faulty or broken regulator. A+ Glass Company also fixes this issue swiftly.

LIMITED WARRANTY
A+ Glass Company offers a limited warranty on the glass we install in your vehicle against defects in material. Such defects must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of any issue. Warranty jobs must be performed at A+ Glass Company's main location at 2399 Bob Wallace Ave. Huntsville, AL 35805.

We offer a Lifetime limited warranty on workmanship and leakage for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty is non-transferrable.
Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover leaks or stress cracks if the vehicle has prior damage, such as rust in pinch weld area, and or damage of the area of which the glass is being installed. We will use every effort to inform you of such damage before removal of the glass being installed. In some cases this is not possible until after the original glass is removed at which time you will be informed and what actions should be considered by you. In either instance, A+ Glass Company can not be held responsible. A+ Glass Company will perform any and all warranties and this warranty is null and void if any repair or attempt to repair the automotive glass is performed by anyone other than A+ Glass Company or an approved affiliate.
Windshield Repairs
Many variables can affect the degree of success in windshield repairs. These variable include: the size of the point of impact, how recent the damage was done, the size of the cracks surrounding the damaged area, and whether or not other foreign objects or moisture are present. Sometimes while attempting a repair on your windshield, the crack may become larger, in which case A+ Glass Company cannot be held responsible. If, for any reason you are not satisfied then the purchase price of the repair will be deducted from the price of the new glass. This credit will be given to the party that paid for the repair, whether it was you or your insurance provider.

If A+ Glass Company is unable to correct defective workmanship we will refund the original purchase price of such warranted product. At which time an original copy or proof of purchase is required.
